More Fun

Nevaeh came to stay with us this last Tuesday. This time she was excited to stay for 2 days instead of one. We went over to Elizabeth's house to play. The girls played with Lily, we all had a yummy dinner together and the girls did a craft. Thanks for having us over Liz! We had a blast! :) Wednesday, her and Isaac had the morning together building a car project and just hanging out while Charlee and I went to our Mom's group. After Charlee's dance class, the girls' and I did a craft I've been promising them for a while. We went to Wal Mart and they each picked out a fish bowl. Then we went to Pets Mart and the girls each picked a fish to put in their bowl. When we got home, the girls painted their fish bowls and chose names. Then we made " Whiskey", "Sakana", and "Nemo" a home. Nevaeh chose Whiskey for her fish cause' it's a cat fish with whiskers. (NOT for the alcohol! lol) Charlee and I chose Sakana for hers cause that means fish in Japanese :) She also had another one named Nemo (I wonder why?!) But he didn't make it past the first day :( So he took the drain "back to the ocean". They had so much fun with this project, I don't know what to do next! Nevaeh went home the next morning. We all enjoyed her being here :)

Valentine's Day

Not much happened this year, I worked my tail off the entire craaaazy weekend. Thankfully, Babeuh and I had a night off during the week to go out. My plan was to take him to B.J's Restaurant in Riverside, then to Adam's Motor sports Park for Drift Night. We enjoyed our dinner at B.J.'s, but by the time we were done, it was late and we were really tired. We really enjoyed our time together. It was so nice to get away, even for just a few hours :) I bought a new outfit and really love it, thanks Kwitty!

The morning after V-Day, both Charlee and I woke up to these adorable stuffed animals from Daddy :) He went out in the middle of the night so he could surprise us! So sweet! Bean LOVED them and played with them all day. She still is crazy about them! Thanks Babe, we love you!

EMT has begun.....

The only classes Isaac is taking this semester is EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) and a Fire class. We are so thankful that he is not working. Homework for this EMT class takes forever! At least 6 hours a chapter, 5 chapters due a week. With dealing with the daily demands of Mr.Mom. So far, he's been doing great! We are so proud of all his hard work! So far, he is loving the medical field. He's even thinking a little more about changing his career path to something a little more challenging like an ER doctor. But he wants to get his feet wet before making his decision :) Go Babeuh! We love you!

He found Buggie's pulse in her neck. Wonder if he can take blood pressure there? lol

Darlene's Baby Shower!

I'm so behind in my posts, as a matter of fact, Darlene's Baby is already here! Baby Isabella Marie Siani was born February 15, weighing 8 pounds, 2 ounces! Darlene and I have worked at Ruth's Chris together since I started 4 years ago. She knew me when I was pregnant with Charlee, so it was special being there for her first baby too! Congrats Dan and Darlene!

Here are pics from her shower:

Dance Class

Charlee's been doing so well in dance class. She loves seeing all her friends and Miss Kathleen is doing an AMAZING job with them! They have already begun to learn little sequences of moves and how to do them all together, they have started tumbling, and in ballet they are walking on their tip toes with bean bags on their head! Here are some shots from the last few weeks.

SNOW!!!

About 2 weeks ago we had a HUGE rain storm. It lasted non-stop for 3 days, then went on and off for about another week. Needless to say, our little desert was not made for rain, and our area was not developed well, so there was massive flooding around our neighborhood. One night, we went to bed listening to the rain slap against the roof and the drops leaking through our windows into the super size del taco cup on the window sill. The next morning, we woke up blinded by the light of the sun! The mountains all around us were WHITE and there was not a cloud in the sky :) It was gorgeous! After a few days of sunshine, I realized this was probably it. Now or never. Get our butts up to Idyllwild before all the snow melts! Our dear friend Elizabeth heard our pleas and offered to take us up there! We had a wonderful time :) We just pulled off the side of the road and played in a nice white patch. After, we went back down the mountain and picked up her daughter Lily, and went out to dinner at Applebees. It was so much fun playing with the girls :) Here are some fun pics of our day!
